Therapist - RP
As a new parent herself, Christina is passionate about supporting parents through the many ups and downs of parenthood. Her transition to motherhood was so much more difficult than she had expected it to be. This experience made her passionate about wanting to support, validate, and walk alongside other parents in their journeys through parenthood.
She loves to explore the outdoors year-round with her one-year-old daughter and partner. Enjoying hiking, skiing, swimming, and just about anything with a beautiful view! Christina became passionate about psychotherapy after many years as a child and youth worker, living and working all over Canada. She felt she needed more skills to better support the youth she worked with and really resonated with counselling and psychotherapy that was client-centered, strength-based, and evidence-based.
"Christina is a compassionate and empathetic person who is passionate about helping others uncover their strengths and work through both the wonderful and difficult transitions in our lives."
